- Valid for 10 years and renewable for a further 10 years indefinitely.
- Available to individuals who have purchased a property worth AED 2,000,000 (cannot be gifted).
- Allows visa holders to open a bank account, obtain a car license, and hold an Emirates ID.
- Visa holder becomes a tax domicile of the UAE.
- Must be title deeded, can be mortgaged (NOC from the bank required), and no Oqood properties unless handover and completion certificate are issued. Oqood applications are on a case-to-case basis. Oqood and a statement of account showing at least 60% paid must be presented for special approval.
